7 for 7, Saving my Buyer Client’s 7% on my last 7 Negotiations

I’m happy to say that with the recent pick up in the market that transactions abound for those agents, like myself, that are full-time and hard-working. I can say all I want, but let’s face it, at the end of the day, we are only as good as our statistics can verify. So, for the 7 transactions I have negotiated in the past 2 months, I have saved my clients just about 7% off of Final List Price for the homes in question.

And, with my ABR–Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation on its way, things will hopefully get even better for my buyer clients needing a buyer’s agent in the Bedroom Communities of New York City.
